RFL Exclusive Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
After place your order in the website you have to submit an order cancellation/refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org or the website cancellation system by your order ID. This request should have to submit within 24 hours before product delivery.
If the request is approved, you can also track the status of your return/cancel request from the 'My Orders' section of your account.
Conditions for Returns
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. For Electronic Products, the item is only valid for return if there is any manufacturing defect or physical damage in it. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. Please do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers’ box. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition (referred as an invalid return), we reserve the right to send it back to you.
Note: Items sold on RFL Exclusive can only be returned within 24 hours from the date of purchase. Return cannot be initiated if you do not have the Customer Copy of the invoice.
How long does it take to process a refund?
If your product is eligible for refund and once we have completed the quality evaluation or cancellation of item(s), your refund can generally take 10 working days according to your preferred refund method based on your initial method of payment and the table below.
The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected.
Does RFL Exclusive refund shipping fees?
